Open for Everyone

Welcome to the new homepage of the Kunstmuseum Gelsenkirchen.

Since September 2023, it is not only possible to visit the art museum at Horster Straße 5-7 during the opening hours from Tuesdays to Sundays from 11 am to 6 pm, but all around the clock: open to everyone, with many new functions. Under the menu item "Collection", for example, over 3000 works of art are currently available online. Using a filter function, these can be assigned to the individual genres of prints and drawings, kinetics, photography, painting, sculpture or art in public space and can be shared on social media via the "My Collection" menu item.
